Organic Wine made like the Romans did
Some wine producers grow grapes like the Romans did, by not using fertilizers nor pesticides. The productivity is much less, but the quality of the grapes and the wine is exceptional. Most wine farmers are small local producers who believe in the phylosophy of higher quality grapes and grow and make wine organically. No sulfites nor other chemicals are added to the wine.
