The market of Compressed Air consists of Oil-free and Oil-lubricated Compressed Air Systems. The biggest number of compressors (>80%) are Oil-flooded compressors having Oil-carry over of more 2ppm to 10ppm depending on the conditions.
Oil-flooded Air-compressors do not only exhaust un-controlled Oil in the environment but also a huge amount of Oil to be recycled. On top, an enormous amount of waste is produced by the Oil-filters and Coalescent filters to limit the Oil-carry below 10ppm. |
